AstenJohnson Announces Leadership Transition

Maggie Bidlingmaier will become next CEO

AstenJohnson has announced that Maggie Bidlingmaier has been named president and CEO, effective September 28, 2026, following the retirement of Kevin Frank, current president and CEO.  Bidlingmaier was selected following a comprehensive global search led by the board of directors. She brings extensive experience leading global manufacturing organizations, driving profitable growth, developing high-performing teams and building lasting customer relationships.

“Maggie has the experience and leadership qualities needed to build on AstenJohnson’s strong foundation and guide the company into its next chapter,” Marc Noël said. “We are confident she will continue advancing our strategic priorities while continuously strengthening the relationships and culture that make AstenJohnson distinctive.”

Frank will step down from his current role effective September 28, 2026, and will remain with AstenJohnson through December 31, 2026, to support a thoughtful and seamless transition. He joined  AstenJohnson in 2015 and has guided the company through a period of significant growth and transformation. During his tenure, AstenJohnson strengthened its global operations, broadened its Nonwovens footprint, expanded its capabilities and invested in innovation. He also reinforced the family values and people-centered culture that have long defined the company.
